This was a great relaxing run. I just ran, with no plan and no care. Just needed a little me time.

Mile 10: 9:28Really happy with this run. Hoping I can get it down to 1 mile warm up, 10 at race pace, 1 mile cool down for this week's 12 miler. 2 weeks from today is the 10 mile race. I would love to be around 1:20:00 and under 1:25:00.
Not a bad week of training. It was slow yet busy around here... Monday Ronald McDonald house drop-off, Wednesday over and back to Indy, Thursday coffee meeting, actual work on Tuesday and Friday... For a spring break week, we did more that I planned! Tomorrow will be a relaxing morning for baby girl and I. Praying she does not feel the need to get up at 4 am again...for the THIRD day in a row. She has been fighting a cold- runny nose, cough and 99.5 temp on and off. I am sure this weather is not helping. May be a trip to the doctors office tomorrow... and after her latest coughing spell it most definitely will be...Better hit the bed!

WOW! Runners truly amaze me. I just *think* about running 2 miles and I'm winded...and that's just your warmup! I hope someday I get to that point!
